Baby it's cold outside...

Catherine and myself set off on a freezing cold run together. Which I think made us run faster for sure. When we arrived, our lovely man gave us a bucket of gardening goodies to help us with sorting out his front garden. He use to be very proud of his garden, he showed me some lovely photos of what his garden use to look like. So we both felt like it was very important to give it a good tidy. He kept checking on us because he was worried it was so cold. However, we both focused on doing as much as we could. Once we had finished and tidied up after ourselves, he offered us a good old cuppa tea to help warm us up. We sat with him chatting about his family and all the Christmas gatherings he had planned. Was such a pleasure to do this for him, as he was so appreciative of all the work we did for him. Hopefully, we can visit him again to finish it off when it's a bit warmer. We ran back super quick, as Catherine had some lovely family plans and I had a night shift so needed some rest. Happy weekend vibes!
