Today I had my first visit to Mrs E who has been feeling lonely as she is not able to get out. She used to be a keen gardener and talked at length about the borders she had planted and the variety of flowers there were in the past. It was lovely to see some of the autumn colour still on show as she chatted about her family. Her daughter happened to phone while I was there, and it made me smile when she explained that she had a new friend from GoodGym - oh that was me!
