Another fascinating discussion with F, on a typically wide range of topics.
We discussed French artists we have studied and appreciate. F introduced me to the work of André Derain and I dug information about Edouard Manet from the depths of my memory, studied 40 years ago.
Meanwhile, F quoted at length the Latin poetry from her schooldays 85 years ago! Impossible to compete!
