With heavy rain showers threatening, the amazing James Coates from Alley Angels and myself did some litter picking and grass cutting in one of the most deprived areas in the UK, in Anfield. The area has undergone a major transformation over the last few years and several areas have been fenced off to reduce littering and an open area is constantly being litter picked so that it looks cleaner.

So, with Matthew going ahead and picking litter and James following on behind and cutting the grass it was quite a team and within an hour and a half we had sorted one area, which is going to be used as an allotment for a local school and picked litter from another area. Two full bags later and grass cut and it was job well done.
