Wall sit challenge day 3

How lovely to log on and see my fellow Julia from GoodGym on the screen! Its always nice to put a face to the name :)

John had propped up an earlier wall and increased his time by over 17 seconds! which was great progress.

Also joining me on zoom was Barbara,Emma, Emily and Paula.

We all started together and I tried my best to distract people with chatter!

Julia set her goal for tomorrow and the rest of us all increased our times quite considerably with Paula climbing to a whopping 4 minutes! 🙌

Well down all of you . Same time same place tomorrow for day 4 ! Loving this!
