Shouts out to Luce on attending her first GoodGym session

After meeting and greeting Luce who’s pretty new to the uk and Haringey and running (give her a cheer!) we chatted for a short while before getting out into the elements to do our warm up and briefing - as we did so we were super happy to have Chris Join us last minute. Shouts out to Luce on attending her first GoodGym session

huge shouts to Sarah for on completing her goal of running 42.2 km in a single session by 31st December 2016.

After a quick briefing and warm up we sorted our tunes, started Strava and we were off. We were en route for Living Under One Sun to help out with the new allotment patch that was coming along nicely. After clearing a mound of earth and shifting a pile of mulch and wood slats last week our task this week was to shift more mulch and wood before re covering a big patch of the allotment with cardboard sheets and tarpaulin. The gang made light work of this and in the process made Diane a very happy lady as we managed to get threw a portion of graft that would have taken her and one or two other ages to get done. Hats off to y’all. And huge shouts to Sarah for on completing her goal of running 42.2 km in a single session by 31st December 2016. What an effort!!! Give Sarah a cheer Here

Reverse dips outside KFC were on the menu

With one last big push we finished covering some wood slats and a section of the new allotment patch before sadly running out of time. We quickly gathered the tools and made the long walk back to the front of the allotments where Diane had a little feast awaiting us. Everyone chomped and chatted for a few minutes as we discussed the sad event of Sandy leaving L.U.O.S for greener pastures in the coming weeks. She will be sadly missed but remembered well! After saying goodbye and doing a round of high fives we were off again. Reverse dips outside KFC were on the menu along with a wall sit and some sprints on the way back to HQ where we would warm down then go our separate ways.
