5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Team Springboard CIC in Coventry.

On World Mental Health Day, 5 GoodGym runners met at the Team Springboard allotment to help them with tasks around their fantastic outdoor space.
In between downpours, we sorted plant pots, tidied the wildlife area, and Graeme constructed a new compost bay. We also learnt about asparagus, lovage and had a chat and catch up over a cuppa and biscuit.
We hope to be back at Team Springboard soon for more fun, and perhaps a little less rain?
