All Run and Dusted
2 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

With festive merriment and cheer behind us, GoodGym Stockport welcomed our first Group Run in the New Year as a Run Talk Run Social - a chance to mingle with old (in longevity of GoodGym service, not age!) and new year additions to GoodGym.
Running (or more a pleasant plod) is always a great way to shake off those festive cobwebs and start the New Year with motivation and positivity. And that we did!
A gentle saunter (not Santa!) round our local area saw 6km fly by as we caught up on all things Christmas, running and resolutions for 2022.
