6 GoodGymers did an excellent job, picking litter for 45 minutes and smashing a socially distanced training session in Mincinglake Valley Park. Such great effort, team!

Our happy and bubbly little group of red t-shirt wearing GoodGymers gathered outside Sylvania Community Hall in the lovely evening sunshine. We started the evening with a fitness session (spaced out over a big area with plenty of spaced between us).

We worked all major muscle groups and even managed a Swedish traditional song about frogs, plus of course some Sally Squats!

After a safety briefing we then set off picking litter in Mincinglake Valley Park. This green valley is beautiful and has been very popular with local residents during the long lockdown months. Unfortunately a lot of litter has gathered in the hedges and in the little woodlands but our team did a great work or clearing it all up! In 45minutes we managed to fill 5 bin liners with litter! Great stuff!

Weirdest piece of litter this evening was a T-shirt... It was quickly offered to Pete as his GoodGym t-shirt looked rather creased...

How do you even manage to get polyester creased up like that..?

We wish Clàudia and Pete a very lovely time camping next week! For those of you who are around take a look at the website for community missions next week. I can't wait to see you then!
