1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hounslow.

A last minute mission arrived to support Miss K and her family with a shopping trip at Chiswick Sainsbury's. The list was short and sweet, consisting of beef mince, a corn-fed chicken and as much unsweetened Alpro as could be bought with the rest of the budget. Everything was in stock and 2L of Alpro made Miss K a very happy lady - job done!
