Mission

"Aisle see what I can do"

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in York.

I clipped my newly purchased bright green panniers to my bike and cycled off to collect a shopping list for Mr I. Though he lives reasonably locally, the bike meant that I'd be more likely be home on time for GoodGym York's weekly fitness session. It also gave me the the flexibility to get to a bigger supermarket, should the list demand it.

I popped my head round the door of the local Co-op, but found it lacking, so made my way to Morrison's. After a quick call to make sure that the substitutions I'd made were OK, I whizzed back to drop the shopping and was home on time for a hardcore strength workout with Egg and the gang.
