A social visit for Ms W this afternoon. She was feeling well, much better than the last time I saw her, a couple of weeks ago, which I was very pleased to see. We have our little ritual by now, I make her a coffee and she'd have it with something, a small chocolate bar or a biscuit, if there is no cake. Then we catch up on the news, hers and mine, followed by the world news and a bit of reminiscing. And that makes such a difference to her day, it's so good to see.
