Action at the Hub!

I went over this morning to the newly acquired physical space for the Eco Action Hub W&M in Maidenhead's Nicholson Center to help sort out the space.

The aim of this new Hub will be to provide a space where locals (or visitors) can drop by to learn how they can make small to large changes to help out the environment, particularly in the Windsor & Maidenhead Borough.

I've become involved in this group where we've been planning this hub, and activities within, to launch by March this year. This week we got the keys to the unit we will be using to create the physical Hub.

A lot of work needs to be done to get it ready though, so I joined a few other members in starting the clear out of old things and tidying up.

Much more needs to happen, and GG will be needed to help with it! Watch this space for group mission listings in the near future.
