A trolley full of groceries

Sam left the house an hour before to go for a 3k run to Brockley before walking the last 1.5k as he was early.

Mr. V gave him the list of groceries which was extensive as he had not received support in two weeks and took on the opportunity to get me to carry back loads from the supermarket.

With the £40 and the list, Sam went to the pharmacy first to get the vaselin gel and Vick rub before making his way to Tesco's to get the Brandy before all the other groceries at Asda in Deptford.

Not having enough cash, Sam paid the difference of £16 before settling this with Mr. V afterwards. He was grateful and hoped someone could help him more regularly. Sam told him it all depends on his schedule.
