A 'Shed' Load of Fun

Tonight 4 Goodgym lovlies made their way down to the Sherborne Community Garden for an evening of good deeds.

Maurice, Donna and Nicola cycled to the task and Emily walked. It was a lovely night to be out getting some exercise. Tonight was an evening of sorting out the shed (ok, it was actually a garage but 'shed' made a better pun!!). It's a job that has needed to be done for sometime. It was great to work with our host, Deb and her husband Dave, as well as local resident Paul. It really is lovely to see local people taking playing an active part in improving their community.

Deb told us what was for keeping and what was for loading up into the trailer. We found some interesting items in the de-clutter - including Sherborne Shirley - sadly she was looking a bit worse for wear and ended up in the trailer! Emily & Maurice had a lovely 'final' photo with her though!

When we'd finished sorting the garage, we had the pleasure of indulging in some Sherborne strawberries - home grown in the Sherborne garden. They were absolutely delicious!
