A run and a ride
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

This was quite a long run, and in the end the weather was so bad (and so was the chafe) that I decided to Lime bike back :) Wahoo!
Shopping for Mr S is always a joy though, he's really happy to be getting the help he needs.
