It's times like these which make me realise the real value of GoodGym's social visits. While Mrs. B's son visits daily, she feels terribly lonely.

This was obvious in the way that she spoke non-stop the whole time I was there! It was like throwing a switch! I suppose there are things the elderly can't say to their family members or repeat stories which they (family) have no patience for. She chided herself for going on to which I reassured her that that is what I was there for.

Mrs. B was very grateful and said the visit was the highlight of her week. Thank you Headmistress Mrs. B, it was a lovely afternoon for me as well 😇
