Battling the MAIL force storm winds on a Tuesday evening doesn't stop us.

Our group run task this week was to help our local community publication, The Cheadle Post, to get safely to residents in the Cheadle area.

The Cheadle/Heatons and soon to be Didsbury Post is a wonderful community paper that showcases the goings on in the area and is filled to the brim with feel good stories and news.

GoodGym regularly help The Post with their deliveries and the task is a match made in running heaven. The perfect opportunity to get in some weighted runs and squats to those low down letter boxes! Who needs treadmills and barbells?

We met, we loaded up a weighted rucksack, we battled the winds (who doesn't love a bit of resistance training?) and we ran until every last paper had been POSTed.
