A Nippy Night
2 GoodGymers made their way in a race in Derby.

On a cold, but thankfully dry, evening Gwyn and Tracey ran in the 5th set of races of the Derby Midweek series.
Tracey ran the one-mile course at 7pm, and Gwyn sensibly saved his energy for the 5k race that they both ran at 7:20. We also did a bit of volunteering.
