Met the delightful Mr R and in Ealing to do a little weekend shopping for him. His sister Ms A was also there to help out, as Mr R is very hard of hearing - so we went through the list at full volume on the doorstep - the neighbours must have been bemused! It was a short walk from Mr R's to Sainsbury's for most of the items, and then an extra visit to a shop with Polish bread - Mr R is Polish and wanted a specific type. Mr R was delighted to get his shopping!
