Having a couple of spare hours this afternoon, I switched myself on duty through the GoodSam App and took on my first alert as an NHS Community Responder. Today, I collected a prescription for a lady who was shielding in her house in Smethwick. It was great to get it sorted out quickly for her as there had been a problem with it the week before, luckily today the prescription was written well and made up quickly.
