Here's what Mr T of SE6 had to say about the mission:

'Two lovely people came and did an excellent job in my garden. They were wonderful.'

Mr T of SE6, mission beneficiary

Mr T needed some help taming his garden, to finish off the work that his friend had kindly helped him out with recently.

We were all grateful for a crisp and dry morning so that we could make a lot of progress. Monica got stuck in to some serious hedge trimming with her tool of choice, a sturdy pair of shears. In the meantime, I was chuffed to be presented with a lawnful of grassy hillocks to be tackled with my own favourite garden tool, a strimmer.

With a couple of hours of hard graft and a lovely catch up - Monica and I have done a good few missions together in our time, but hadn’t seen each other in a while - we soon had Mr T’s garden looking a lot tidier. We even discovered a long-forgotten path under all the overgrown plants!
