Mrs A needed some shopping done, and since she only lives down the road, I decided to combine it with the supermarket shop I needed to do anyway for myself and my neighbour. So I went to my most local one, John Barnes Waitrose (no relation of the footballer with the rap skills, as far as we know) to get 3 shopping trips done in 1! That's what we call minimising time spent out of the house 😎

Armed with a 3-column shopping list (not my first rodeo) I managed to get everything, and delivered to Mrs A. Can't say I actually went for a run, but still, mission accomplished! 😜
