My first GoodGym mission today to visit Mrs M and get a quick shop from the Co-Op in Camberwell. Very grateful for the cooler weather in South London today and I picked up Mrs M's sarnies, cherries and quiche.

Only a short walk back to Mrs M's from the shop and I headed back after a quick debrief on the snooker.
