2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Haringey.

Mrs P needed a sofa moving into another room to make space for a hospital bed being delivered to make her comfortable in her home.
Once directed by her husband, Paul and myself made light work of the task, as hurrah! the sofa legs came off to make it easy to fit through the doors. Once confirmed all was well, everyone was happy and off we went into the sunny afternoon. 😀
