I arrived at Mr A's ready to remove the lightbulb in his bathroom so that he could get a replacement unit, but a quick inspection (gold medal to whomever decided phones should have torches on them...), showed we needed a long neck screwdriver to unscrew the light casing.

Mr A didn't have any tools, so it needed a quick trip home to get the necessary tool and return to remove the casing and present Mr A with the bulb to give to his referrer, who will hopefully be able to purchase a working bulb asap and so enable Mr A to better find his way around his bathroom once again.
