Myself and some family members enjoyed a socially distanced evening of rescuing around 400 baby toads from a busy road, helped them cross safely and deposited them away from the road in Deerswood meadows. We were surprised just how tiny they were! We found a bigger toad too who kept trying to escape the bucket!
