Taking advantage of low tide, we donned our wellies / old trainers and got into the mudflats.

There was a huge amount of rubbish to pick up so we really felt like we made a difference as the nearest litter bin is now surrounded by rubbish retrieved from the sea.

The usual suspects were all there even a brand new sock as well as an old one. Polystyrene filled a whole bag on its own. There was a trolley, a child's car, a bike, a motorway traffic cone, washing up bowl, food delivery crate, inner tube, car headlight, industrial containers, driveway advertising boards.... It was like a smelly version of the generation game!

A very successful haul from an hour's work, well done everyone! 👍
