A beautiful sunny Friday started off slowly but filled with fun and excitement. The three Goodgym Luton musketeers (@Musa, @Charmaine and @Abim) were up and about to ensure all participant present was entertained. The aroma of Chef 🧑🏾🍳 Charmaine’s macaroni cheese emanating from the kitchen not only filled the hall but the plates and stomach of all.
