It was our final evening session at the Berry Maze tonight before the darker evenings and, despite the heavy showers of rain throughout the day, we still managed to have 10 enthusiastic GoodGymers brave the Autumn evening to come and help. It was great to meet Naomi who was on her first ever GoodGym session - welcome Naomi!

Barney set us to work with half of the group continuing the job of rewiring the fences, which had been started by the GoodGym group on Saturday. The rest of us were weeding and edging the borders around some of the raspberry bushes.

After half an hour, several of the fences had been fixed, the border was freshly weeded (with an entire wheelbarrow of weeds removed) and the darkness was setting in, so we called it a night just as another rain shower came! We wished goodbye to Barney and headed our separate ways to the warmth of our homes and the promise of a new episode of Bake Off!
