Today I went to litter pick along GoodGym's adopted section of the canal along with my daughter - was great to have someone giving me a hand and she really enjoyed herself!

There wasn't as much litter as there has been recently which is great! However, we did pick a lot of remnants of fireworks (hence the pun!) as people had clearly been celebrating bonfire night along the canal!

The littering of single use masks seems to be a bit of an issue at the moment so we are counting how many we pick on each litter pick - six facemasks were found along the route today!
