On a very windy Monday morning, I rode to meet Mat for a mission and meet up...it's been a while!

Arriving at the home of Mrs J, we were met by her son-in-law, John.

Mrs J was due to come home from hospital and would need a hospital bed. In order to make space for it, we had to move a two seater setee up to a bedroom.

With a few twists and turns and a certain amount of huffing and puffing, Mat and I negotiated the narrow staircase...and the turn at the top.

John was very grateful for our help and we left him with best wishes for his mother-in-law.

With time to spare, Mat and I set off for a much needed cuppa and catch up chat.
