Event #192 at Florence Park Junior Parkrun like any other although it did mark my 100th Parkrun volunteer! Many of these have been at Florence Park over the last couple of years - a huge thank you to the core team for their support where I started out marshalling and now routinely Run Director. A staple of Junior Parkrun for me is Tail walking (my 4th most volunteered role after setup, closedown and marshalling) which I did today. 73 crossed the line in front of me - after I made a short dash to catch up after some 1-lappers had their fill for the morning. The usual antics of packing up the event and sorting tokens over some beverages and conversation soon followed to round off another successful event!
