Look out for the GoodGym TV advert on Sky television from Monday 20th April! Over the next year GoodGym will be hosting 1000s of extra environmental sessions across the UK, inviting a new generation of people to #DoGoodGetFit.
This event will also be a celebration of Earth Day on Wednesday 22nd April, an annual event dedicated to environmental protection and raising awareness about issues like climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss.
Joining this session will be Mete Coban MBE, the Deputy Mayor of London for Environment and Energy.
Here are all the important details:
Meeting point: We will meet at 11:45am at Usual Objections running shop, Unit 5, Bentley Rd, London N1 4FG. We will be leaving promptly for the run at 12 midday.
The run: We wil be running 2.5kms over to the Nightingale Estate community garden on Napoleon Road. As always the run will cater to all abilities and we never leave anyone behind. Walkers are also welcome.
The task: We will meet James from the garden who needs a helping hand with a variety of tasks now Spring has arrived. All tools will be provided but bring some gloves if you have them.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 5km and 5km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
