SIX SENSATIONAL @GGSHEFF RUNNERS RAN 3KM AND WHITEWASHED WALLS GALORE FOR SHARROW COMMUNITY FORUM!

After getting acquainted with new GGSheff runners FANTASTIC FRAN & GORGEOUS GARETH from future task organisation REGATHER we set off on short jog to the task location of Sharrow Community Forum to continue the whitewashing we started in preparation for the upcoming GRAFFITI that will soon adorn the walls of this magical place.

We are really beginning to learn about each other at GGSheff with the latest news being that we have a STAR among our midst with Krafty Kim being a dancer who FYI can be seen on the stage of City Hall - Keep your eyes peeled! Her past practice showed prowess in her lunging tekkers!

After making some fantastic progress on the walls, we downed our brushes in the bucket and headed to the car park to get warm. Beneath the resplendent 'YO' graffiti art we:

*Sprinted *Lunged *Heel Flicked *Duck Walked *Squat jumped *Relayed *Suicided *Skipped

Gareth was definitely a Duck in a former life

Ending with a wonderful wall squat we headed back to base on a slightly longer route to stretch off and pat each other on the back until next week when we are headed over to the Abbeydale Picture House for some lifting and shifting! Sign up here
