10:00 - 11:10GoodGym is a community of people who get fit by doing good - combining exercise and volunteering. The community have done 426,482 good deeds, completed 68,000+ group sessions to help community projects and ran over 6 million kilometres together.
We'll be meeting outside ThinkBox's office in High Holborn where we'll do a warm up and run 2km to the Thames. Once we arrive, we'll get involved in some litter picking to reduce the level of pollution in the area.
Once the task is done, we'll run back to the start point where we can cool down then everyone is free to go home.
