Apologies for late one, it's been a long day. Luckily I had banked a wholesome Wednesday, always that in the back-pocket.

Just an elite old school selection out last night, and an almost unheard of lack of RWQ. I blame the lack of sleep and all consuming house refurb for lack of creativity. Will come back next week with a gem, redemption is close.

Another man enjoying the delights of sleep deprivation greeted us at the gardens, and after some chat and grilling we got to work. Emptying the contents of the composters, namely woody stuff, to create a dead hedge. Basically like an all-you-can-eat/drink five star resort for little critters. But with the silver lining that you didn't have to work in real-estate.

We also discussed native and non-native foxes, the difference between frogs and toads, progressive long run session theory in the lead up to marathons, absurdist comedy, getting smashed after a community garden session and more.

Next week I've confirmed Hackney Adventure Playground, will set up task tomorrow and a block ahead.

Till then
