There was no stopping Woking GoodGym last night!

Well done everyone - 8km in the bag! A fantastic improvement in everyones running pace last night! We ran to Brockhill Care Home, for a spot of painting. Brockhill are under going a major refurbishment and we started there last year and have been making our way round the corridors giving the walls a fresh coat of paint. They now have a new carpet on the way so we may be back to help finish off before it arrives. Last night there was no stopping us, we managed to just keep on going and didn't want to stop by the looks of it! It was also clear to see that none of us would of made it into the professional painting trade!

Anne's 50th!!

A big congratulations to Anne, who completed her 50th good deed!!! Another one in a black t-shirt - Yayyyyy!!!

Next week

We will be heading to the allotment (weather dependent) - please remember to sign up! Grab some friends and bring them along!
