Well done to everyone who came along to the RSPCA. And also a big hello to Rocket on his first GoodGym group run good deed.

With a quick hello to Harriet the Goat it was off to work we go.

It's a task that keeps on giving - the dog compound. Every few months it feels like we were never there. Cutting down the weeds along the perimeter of the dog compound.

With Indy and Rocket inspecting the compound for smells, Kirsty and Anne took on the bottom side of the fence, while James and Liviu took on the left side.

I left the group to it, suffering with whip lash and concussion it was time for me to go back home to rest.

James then took the group off for a run around the fields for a 1km loop. I hope it wasn't too damp under foot.

Summer Social

Don't forget on the 3rd of August we have a summer social group run.

Good Luck

Good Luck to James and Kirsty running this Sunday in the ASICS 10km in London.

Next week

We are at Brockhill - as its a run down the canal we will meet at WWF.
