Simon ran a classic cross country fixture with Queen's Park Harriers at Fryent Country Park on Saturday. The 75th edition of the Liddiard Cup, a great racing opportunity between local clubs. First time Goodgym Race Team has been listed on the start line! 8km of very wet, squishy and muddy fun- highly recommended!
