Love Parks Week 2026 runs from 24 July to 2 August! To celebrate these incredible spaces we are encouraging you to get outside, get some fresh air, and give your local park a spruce up. It's always surprising how much litter there is scattered around and the quantity that can be collected in a short amount of time!

You can complete this task in your own time and in a place of your choice over the weekend on Saturday or Sunday. Why not arrange to meet up with a friend, your family or a Goodgym member and include a litter pick on a walk or run (plog!). There may be other team members interested in joining you so feel free to share the time/location of your litter pick on the Merton Goodgym Whatsapp group and encourage others to get involved.

Then send any photos in the WhatsApp group (or directly to me) to make sure you get a mention in the report!
