Join us outside The Old Factory gym, and we'll have a jog to a grot spot. Litter pickers and bags will be provided, please bring gloves if you have them.
If you've not been to GoodGym before, or you've not been in ages, we'd love to see you. We run at chatty pace and we have a back marker, so no one gets left behind.
No promises, but as it's the run leader's birthday, there may be cake...
Car parking is available at The Old Factory Gym, and we can use their toilets and lockers. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.
