We're a friendly and sociable group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every Wednesday evening to get active and do a physical task to help the community organisations and charities in our area.
The task
Boogie on down and to help distribute flyers for the Community Hospice's disco night. We'll provide the glow sticks and good vibes for this groovy task!
Leafleting is a a great opportunity to boost yoru step-count for the day, all the while chatting and helping a fantastic local charity.
New to GoodGym and/or running? This is the ideal task for you. Bring yourself, bring a friend and let's have a good time.
📍Where and when?
We'll meet at 6.40pm at Crook Log Leisure Centre, DA7 4HH. From there we'll head along the streets opposite Danson Park, putting leaflets through letterboxes. Then a final jog back to the Leisure Centre.
