Eight excellent GoodGymmers were up for getting in the Christmas spirit in a very helpful way at two live screenings of The Snowman by East London Brass. Most of us were ushering the 1500 audience members in and into seats but some people also very nobly did some less exciting jobs like cleaning up between the performances. There was also selling of hundreds (literally) of yummy cakes and biscuits. Between all that, we got to enjoy the show (whilst directing people to the toilet etc during it - there's always one, or two...) Chi kindly offered to lead an abs workout between the two performances - we politely declined. The band were very grateful for all the help and showed it by offering us some of the leftover cake. Win!
