Helping at The Matthew Tree Project
Sorting food donations for people in need.
Description
We are running to The Matthew Tree Project's food distribution centre to help them with a mass sort of all of their donations. The warehouse gets cold, so wear layers!
We'll meet at Workout Bristol on Welsh Back where you can use the lockers to store any bags you have. Please bring a padlock if you wish to do this. We meet at 6.20pm and will be back by 8pm.

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
