Preparing the path from the Phoenix

Four Good Gym members came together to help with the forest paths at Martin’s primary School East Finchley. This is a great mission not far from our home start at the Phoenix Cinema. We gathered for a chat and a warmup. We welcomed Richard on his first group run with Barnet , he has been incredibly active with GoodGym in other parts of London. check out his reports and give him a cheer! We headed down the High Street and within a kilometre had met with John who provided the tools to distribute the woodchip along the Forest schools paths. It was a lovely evening cool but clear with a good sighting of Orions belt in the night sky. well done Dorota keep up the running! Niki for reaching her calorie burning target for the night. phenomenal running with a wheelbarrow! .. this could be your specialism for the next GoodGym Olympics.
