Pair Ups follows up from the the pilot initiative of a local social enterprise [ReRun](https://www.mobiletransaction.org/rerun-clothing-interview-community-interest-company-using-shopify) to keep running clothes out of landfill and change consumer behaviour around fast fashion. Pair Ups developed a way to enable runners to extend the life of their favourite trainers and they hold trainer repair workshops at events, sometimes giving away repaired trainers that were donated.

The Green Runners are holding a stand at the MincePie10 Run for whapping pre-loved running clothes and shoes. PairUps will also run a workshop to show how to repair your favourite running trainers.

Some GoodGym-ers are running the MincePie10 fun trail run, but others are invited to join Darren, one of the founder of the The Green Runners, at their stand to help out. They normally operate the swap shop like a jumble sale, so it would be good to have 2 GoodGymers to help keep it tidy and coordinated.

I would also invite you all to bring your no longer used running clothes and shoes to help The Green Runners circular mission!
