New to GoodGym Southwark?
It can be daunting coming to your first group run but we are a nice welcoming bunch! All abilities welcome, whether you're a new runner or have been running for years.
Important Information
We meet at Old Spike Cafe in Peckham from 18:30 for a 18:45 start. You can leave bags in the cafe and use their toilets before we head out if you need to. If meeting at the task, be there for 19:15. The community garden can be found between Bew Court and Campbell Court on the Lordship Lane Estate - the What3Words location is here: https://w3w.co/retain.pines.bills
After a warm-up, we run together as a group. If there are loads of us, there will be a back marker to ensure no one is left behind. On this run, we will be running 3km to Lordship Lane Estate (aiming to get to the task in 20 minutes). We will spend 45-50 minutes doing the tasks Lizzie has for us then run 3km back to Peckham (back by 20:30 latest).
