Here is what happened last time; check out the Run Report HERE!
We have been asked to provide volunteers at the 11th virtual parkrun commencing Friday 29th May at 6pm. We are recruiting for the following positions:

If you would like to do one of the roles above, please write a comment below which one. It would be great if we could try and fill all of these volunteer roles. Doubling up on pacing positions is fine!
We would also love for you to NAME YOUR VIRTUAL PARKRUN and post it on the GoodGym Swindon WhatsApp Group and the Swindon Community Running Facebook Page. Did you know that you can buy an apricot parkrun top with your chosen name on? Check it out HERE!
And here are the rules:
1) Run solo
2) Run from home
3) Adhere to social distancing guidelines; stay at least 2 metres away from anyone else during your run
2) Do not run at an official parkrun location at 9am on a Saturday; doing so will lead to instant disqualification
3) If you do not feel well, do NOT run.
4) Tourists are welcome!
5) The run can be at any time from 6pm on Friday 29th May until 6pm on Sunday 31st May.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
