What can we say ..... Week 2 Richmond and I am buzzing from your efforts How much did we cram into a 90 minute session. (footballers out there put it in perspective - 90 mins and those 0-0- score lines) We hit the hill running conquered the reputation it has for slaying runners in the past. Got some pass the parcel fun in, greeted by the backdrop of the Richmond sky line and deer's trying to ignore our antics we burst to a 'HIIT' style session (loosely but we did) ploughed our way through burpees, press ups, squat jumps, and even surf board mounting practice (well you never know where our tasks could take us hey/ Besides its great fun) and others. With great co-ordination and fine tune motor skills might I add.

From here those still with the will in the legs ran approx. a mile with great pace and a smile on their face before we all congregated at the Vineyard at the foot of Richmond hill to do some packing It' worth a mention that all the above was done with pants in hand or about our person somewhere - Fantastic fitness efforts subsided and made way for some fine creativity from all in the group as we packed our pants and socks for the homeless into home made gift boxes.

So proud of our Richmond team skills and delighted to be able to be involved in two worthy causes both the fitness and the task were handled superbly

Let's not forget the welcome back refreshment from Wholefoods!!! So needed eh!

Talk of snacks next week too I think....stay tuned

Now for the puns .... Some whispered a few others such as Richmond goes down under, Richmond gets to the bottom of things. .... Worst was 'not to get your kickers in a twist at the task' (Not sure who said that though!!)

Should be some pics to follow guys - Well done and hope you all slept well after the hill

Approx distance are 4.5km on shorter run and 6.70 km on the longer

See you all next week :)
